Meet Our Team

Duke graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Business/Economics in 2002. He now serves on the Young Alumni Board for RMC. Duke received his M.B.A from VCU in 2005, and he founded Dodson Property Management in 2007. Duke received the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2009. He also received the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in 2011. He currently serves on the Executive Council of IREM Chapter 38. Duke resides in Glen Allen with his wife Jessica and their son Tripp.

Tim grew up in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 2008. He previously worked in advertising sales for Clear Channel Communications in Washington, D.C. Tim is a member of NARPM. Tim currently resides in Henrico County.

Chet is from Williamsburg, VA. He graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration. Chet has had a passion for real estate for many years and has been working in the industry since 2002. He is currently pursuing his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Chet lives in the Historic Fan District of Richmond.

Elizabeth grew up in Richmond, VA and graduated with a BA in International Studies from Randolph-Macon College in 2000. After living in Northern Virginia for 9 years, and California for a year, she decided to return to her hometown of Richmond. She currently lives in the Near West End.

Winnie is from Hopewell, VA. She has 11 years of multifamily property management experience. She is a member of the Central Virginia Apartment Association and National Apartment Association. In 2001 she received her NALP / National Apartment Leasing Professional designation and 2003 received her CAM / Certified Apartment Manager designation. In 2010 she was recognized in the American Business Women's Association magazine. Winnie currently resides in Midlothian.
